28-644. Obedience to and required traffic control devices

A. Unless otherwise directed by a traffic or police officer and subject to the exemptions granted the driver of an authorized emergency vehicle in this chapter, the driver of a vehicle shall:

1. Obey the instructions of an official traffic control device applicable to the driver that is placed in accordance with this chapter.
....

I suppose someone could get a ticket if they disobeyed the instruction of a green light--which is to proceed if one can do so safely. Unlikely, since reckless driving is a much more common charge that covers nearly anything.

These neons are really picky when it comes to correct voltage with your car running make sure you do have correct voltage around 12.6 if your alternator is charging up around 14 it can cause the bulbs to go out so id start there first. And also make sure all your electrical connections are tight so it doesnt cause a hotspot cause this can also cause the bulb to go out hope this helps good luck!!

This is difficult, because the person going straight has the right of way. Is there any way that you can find someone else who was at the scene who can testify that the arrow was green when you turned? Another way would be to see if the person who ran the light has a history of bad driving/lying. Other than that, you may be falsely accused. I recommend getting a good lawyer. Good luck to you. I hope things work out for you.
